This 60 m² holiday apartment at Lake Diemelsee accommodates up to 6 guests. It features one bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a living room with a sofa bed if needed. The private kitchen is fully equipped, including filter, pad, and capsule coffee machines. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, TV, video-on-demand, washing machine, heating in all rooms, baby cot, high chair, and shared toys and books for children. Enjoy mountain views and beautiful scenery from your private balcony. The property offers a large sun terrace with two separate barbecue areas, garden furniture, sun umbrella, your own grill, and loungers. A shared parking space is available at the house, with additional street parking. Up to 3 pets are welcome. Events are not permitted. Please note: In non-private areas, video and audio surveillance records only entrances and access points, fully protecting your privacy. The apartment is on the first floor and accessible only by stairs, so it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Lake Diemelsee is just a 5-minute walk away. Willingen, with its ski area, bike park, and spa, is 10 minutes away. The local municipality charges a tourist tax, payable on site.
